1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.


2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

After processing:

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping ($3.00): 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.


5. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we can update the address.
If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes and additional shipping fees may apply.


6. My package shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

  1. Check around your home and with neighbors

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered, but we will help where possible.


7. Do you offer returns or refunds?

8. Will my items arrive in one package?

Not always. Some items may ship separately, and you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
